At AGROMUSK, we ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. All orders are processed within 12 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At AGROMUSK, we take pride in delivering high-quality, nutrient-rich products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional discounts.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

To process a return or exchange, all components of the product must be present, including:
✔️ The original product packaging
✔️ Labels and tags intact
✔️ Invoice or proof of purchase
✔️ Any freebies or promotional items received with the order

If any of the above components are missing, the return or exchange request will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality and hygiene of our products.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is:

How can I track my order?

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery, but we are working on introducing express delivery options in select cities. For urgent delivery requests, please reach out to our customer support team before placing your order.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 24 hours or you haven’t received your order within 4 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at +91 9911 963 919  or get@agromusk.com  and we will resolve the issue for you.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to make changes to the address.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (mentioned at checkout). For orders below the minimum amount, a nominal shipping charge will apply based on your location. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.

Do you deliver to all locations in India?

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. However, there may be some remote locations where delivery might not be available. You can check availability at checkout or contact us for more information.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If you miss both attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you can contact us to arrange re-delivery, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only deliver within India. However, we are working on expanding to international markets soon. Stay tuned for updates!

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Email us at get@agromusk.com with your order details and photos.
  • We will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
